N\u00e9 et \u00e9lev\u00e9 au Cameroun avant de s’installer en France, Serge est le directeur des syst\u00e8mes d’information du groupe LENODA. En mettant l’accent sur l’optimisation de la planification des syst\u00e8mes d’information pour r\u00e9pondre aux demandes commerciales en constante \u00e9volution et \u00e0 l’efficacit\u00e9 de nos programmes CHRu et PICSU, il dirige les efforts visant \u00e0 rationaliser l’infrastructure informatique et \u00e0 soutenir les initiatives strat\u00e9giques.<\/p>

Son engagement \u00e0 favoriser une culture d’am\u00e9lioration continue assure une croissance soutenue et consolide notre position de leader dans le domaine de la sant\u00e9. Serge est tr\u00e8s motiv\u00e9 pour am\u00e9liorer les performances de l’entreprise et unir nos employ\u00e9s et notre direction pour atteindre ensemble l’excellence op\u00e9rationnelle.<\/p>


Avant de rejoindre LENODA en tant que DSI, Serge a occup\u00e9 divers postes dans des groupes internationaux avec des responsabilit\u00e9s manageriales dans de nombreux domaines informatiques, notamment la transformation, les ventes, les achats, la planification de la production, le service client et la gestion \u00e9tendue des entrep\u00f4ts. Serge a plus de 15 ans d’exp\u00e9rience de travail et de vie sur deux continents diff\u00e9rents au cours desquels il a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une passion pour la randonne, le jogging, le tennis et les voyages.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Plus de 25 ans d’exp\u00e9rience dans une multinationale FMCG, dans le conseil et le management de la transition, avec une forte exposition internationale \u00e0 travers plusieurs missions offshore (dans de nombreuses zones g\u00e9ographiques) o\u00f9 les comp\u00e9tences en leadership sont fortement pertinentes. Francis est le directeur des op\u00e9rations du groupe LENODA.
